5-star hotel investment in London or major European cities

Our client is seeking to acquire a high-quality hotel investment with the following criteria: Target purchase price: Approximately £200–£500/600 million Location: London or other major European capital cities Hotel standard: Preferably 5-star, although exceptional 4-star hotels with the potential to be upgraded to 5-star will also be considered Branding: Branded (flagged) or independent (flag-free) hotels are both acceptable, including family-operated properties Investment profile: The buyer is an investor only and is not a hotel operator Management: Existing management can remain in place. Hotels with either a management agreement or lease structure will be considered Target yield: 4–6% Asset management: The buyer is willing to undertake refurbishment or repositioning works where appropriate Preferred locations: Prime city locations with strong occupancy rates and established trading performance If you have any suitable opportunities that satisfy the above criteria, we would be pleased to hear from you.
