Industrial Space in Alentejo or Lisbon Area

Location: Évora region or wider Alentejo preferred; we are open to alternatives that match the access and power requirements. -Floor area: indicative range 150 to 250 square metres for the equipment, conveyor-fed line, engineering bench, and a small office area. -Power: an adequate industrial three-phase electrical supply for the drying equipment. - Access: ground-level access suitable for installing and moving industrial equipment. - Term: [to confirm with host] - we anticipate an initial term of 12 to 24 months for commissioning and pilot operation, with the option to extend if the operation scales. On location, our priority is to stay closer to Cascais and the wider Lisbon area, or to be within reach of one of our potential research partners (Nova FCT in Almada, IST in Lisbon, or Universidade de Evora). We will consider strong options anywhere, the Setubal Peninsula included.
